Get a Letter of Invitation
If you are from a country that requires you to obtain a visa from the UK government to enter the UK, then please contact the appropriate embassy.
The only letter we can provide is a ‘letter of invitation’ to a fully registered participant or audience member who has paid the conference registration fee in full, and we must have received confirmation of this payment.
If you require such a letter of invitation, please allow one week after your registration and submission. Then, send us an email requesting the letter of invitation to: contact@INCORME.com
We will not mail hard copies but will send a scanned PDF letter of invitation to the email address provided during your registration and submission. Please ensure your request for a letter of invitation is sent from the same email address. If records do not match, we may not be able to respond.
Except for a letter of invitation, no other assistance will be provided under any circumstances regarding the visa process.
27 Prizes & Awards
All participants, presenters, teams, attendees, registered or invited delegates or other guests will be given a Certificate of Attendance from the organisers.
Anyone becomes eligible for the certificate of attendance or presentation, only if they have attended the full conference from start (10am) to finish (until Prize Ceremony 6:30 pm) on the day.
Please ensure your registration and getting a name badge is important.

Business Card Lucky Draw
All business cards collected throughout the day and are put in a box before a draw begins at the end.
Three delegates from the audience are requested to pick one business card each whilst not looking inside the box. Total 10 Cards are selected and each winner gets one prize each, a same or similar item.
Networking Event
The official conference networking event will be held on 03 Dec. 2026 between 6pm to 7:45 pm.
The cost of the ticket for this networking event is included in registration fee.
The networking event will comprise all guests having open floor discussions in a relaxed atmosphere with refreshments being served.

Accommodation is pre-arranged and provided solely for our invited guests. However, Brunel University offers on-campus facilities, and participants are encouraged to use the provided links and contacts to arrange their own accommodation.

Underground: West bound Piccadilly and Metropolitan Lines end at Uxbridge. Then either Take Taxi to Kingston Lane or U7 bus from Uxbridge.
Buses: Take U7 from Uxbridge and get off at the Kingston Lane to walk into university. Walk straight all the way to Coffee shop and Library and Hamilton Centre is just on your right side.
Car: Use Kingston Lane entrance and take left turn after the slope and after security get keep going all the way until you reach a very big car park just behind library building and you are only 2 minutes away from Hamilton Centre.
Newton Room is on the 1st floor.
